How to build a data base?

If I want to for instance build a data base of leads in our local real estate market and then sell it to realtors how would you do it?

Would you set up a simple lead capture page and capture leads in your aweber or get response account or would you build a data base without an auto responder account?

Also how would you set up your site to get the user to give you his contact details?

  • I understand how to use getrepsonse and yes I will only sell people advertising space on my list, (solo ads) I was just wondering if the autor esponder services is the only way to go when it comes to building a data base?

    For instance when you have a form on your site with different fields such as what type of home you looking for, your age, email, phone etc. can getresponse or aweber cater for all those different fields and make it easy for you to look up everyone on the database thats interested in a 3 bed 2 bath home for example or is there a different software thats better for this?
