But the professional way is to create a support desk and redirect people to it.
There are a lot of support desks software on the market some free some paid... I was looking for myself and I decide a free one which is easy to install, maintain and has all the functionality I need.
It is OsTicket, the prerequisites are: you have to have a host with cPanel and within cPanel Fantastico De Luxe. In this scenario the installation is a piece of cake.
