Congrats Andrew for taking the first step in posting here!

I would recommend you take action as soon as you possibly can.

Find a niche that interests you.
Get a blog up and running.
    And start sharing quality content.
Find offers that you can offer your readers.
Grab an autoresponder and start building that list.

    For traffic....

Start to contribute in popular forums in your niche, without spamming of course! And place your link in your signature.

Offer to guest blog in blogs in your niche in return for a link back to your site...

    Most importantly....

Take action, get started and learn the ropes as you go along....

If you try to learn about everything before kicking off....you will never ever get started!

    Kindest regards

    Chris

PS if you need any help give us a shout!

The very first thing that you need to do is to take inventory of yourself. Find out what makes you tick, that is, what do you like to do. I mean what is enjoyment? Writing, selling, affiliate marketing or whatever. Find that about yourself and I think you'll better be able to figure out how you want to break into internet marketing.

Since IM is such a large field to get into, you just have to know yourself before you get lost in the myriad of opportunities that it has to offer. That's what happened to me in the beginning before I settled down to what I feel comfortable in. This will take a bit of time because you really need to go within yourself and write down exactly what it is that keeps you motivated.

Then when you know this information about yourself you can query this forum for specifics. Remember that in life you only get what you ask for.

    Hi Andrew,

You have made a wise choice to participate in WF.. This is a great place for you start your learning journey in IM.. (I wouldn't usually recommend this) I think you should go to the WSO page and look for something that really interests you.. Amazon? Blog? Membership Site? etc..

Choose 1 - 3 WSO which you think that you're really interested in and buy them.. Learn form the content within and apply them.. (warning: NOT ALL WSO are useful), I highly suggest that you go for those that has lot's of positive reviews (if possible go for those WSO of the day). I'm sure you will gain something valuable out of it. If not, then feel free to ask for a refund

hope this help, may God bless you,
    Jeremiah

P.S. Don't jump from WSO to WSO (it's very addictive) just stick to a few which you're really interested in and work on those.

  • My advice would be decide on a business model and then stick with that for 6 months and commit to learning everything you can. For example, my business model of focus is SEO. You need to find what yours is and then work from there.

There's no such thing as fast money, it only comes in time and with work.

I recommend searching this forums and/or google with normal techniques that will earn small amounts of money for start, until you get the ropes. After that, if you have at least 3% of brain, you can develop awesome business along wiith cpa networks without having a website (well, not in monetizing)

The best advice I see on here is to focus on one area.

If your idea is to buy a website with passive income, there is a section on here for that or I could recommend Flippa. Just be very careful with what you buy and who you buy from. Be ready though - you can invest all the money you want, but you'll still end up having to learn throughout the whole process. It's easier to spend money than earn money.

    Hi Andrew,

If you have some money to invest and you are new to IM, one of the best things you can do, is develop a great team.

    First, make a list.

    List your goals.
    List your strengths.
    List your weaknesses.

Once you you have these identified, you can focus on what you are good at and bring in the people around you to do the things that you would rather not.

Team building, and adding value for your customers, are the most essential skills you can develop, if you want to experience a great deal of success in the long term.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Joshua
