Facebook fan pages - Weird "Recommended pages" count

I was in my fan page before and noticed that I have some "Recommended Pages" on the right hand side. 68 of my fans seem to like "Chris Brown", so I thought maybe I could use that as a promotion (competition for Chris Brown tickets maybe?).

Accidentally refreshed the page, and now only 63 of my fans like Chris Brown... Refreshed again and now 70 fans like Chris Brown. This is just limited to Chris Brown either - it happens for all of the recommended pages.

Can anyone explain this? I thought that maybe they're clicking like/unlike on Chris Brown - but I only have around 130 fans at the moment, and it's happening to every single one of the recommended pages.
I can't imagine there are too many of them online at once, so I don't understand why the fan count is changing so quickly.

    And another thing - all of these recommended pages (new ones often come up when I refresh) sit at around 60-70 likes by fans. It's a little odd that it's ALWAYS around half of my fans that like a particular artist, website or fast food chain.
