Can I add a tracking ID to my Clickbank products later?

Hi -
Lately I started making some sales on Clickbank But now I am seeing that I should have taken more time in the beginning to set tracking ID's to ALL my products.

Now I set tracking ID's for everything because I really like to see which products and which websites of mine are making the sales. In the beginning that all seemed unimportant :p

So - my question now is - is there any way that I can go back and set tracking ID's to the products that were not set in the beginning???

I searched around in my Clickbank dashboard, but I couldn't find anywhere to do it.

Thanks for all your help!

    Easily.

You just need to add ?tid= followed by your desired Tracking ID to the end of your hoplink.

(In lower case, as I've shown it above, not as "?TID=").

just add ?tid= to the end of your affiliate URL and it will track

Thanks for the replies, everyone. Can I do this in my Clickbank dashboard? Or do I need to do it for each separate product on my websites? (kinda stupid question maybe :/

I guess what I really wonder - is there a place to see a complete list of all the products I am promoting in my Clickbank dashboard? That way I could see which ones don't have the tracking ID yet.

    Thanks!

No, you don't need to do anything in your ClickBank dashboard, for this to work. Whatever string of letters/numbers you put in after the "=" sign, where the customer has clicked on your site or in your email to the customer, will just show up in your ClickBank analytics as additional information for you when a sale goes through.

Yes, you need to add it wherever your hoplink appears that you want a specific tracking-code to show up when a sale's been made.

(As I remember, you can also check them yourself - to see that they work - by clicking on them, going from the sales page to the order-page, and checking that the TID is shown after your affiliate-code, at the bottom, where it says "Affiliate=Fred" or whatever.)

Good question. You mean a list of everything for which you've ever created a hoplink? Not that I'm aware of, but someone else may know better/different.

Thank you Alexa for the additional information, this helps a lot. I was afraid to mess with my hoplink on my websites in fear of 'breaking it'
