Google Sandbox- Does It Apply to Authority Sites?

I am trying to build a lot of links to my content on authority sites (EzineArticles, Blogger, etc)

Do I run the risk of getting sandboxed, or does this not apply because these sites have so much authority?

Blogger can get flagged but ezinearticles has an internal system to track out everything. They have some great SEO experts at the job. If you are doing anything wrong...They will definitely let you know.

As long as your submissions are passing the content guidelines from EZA and getting published you should be fine with content there. Blogger is another story.

Make sure your incoming link strategy is making incoming links look natural. For example, if you go out and buy thousands of links to your article and they all use the same exact archor text, that is not natural. Natural means that if 10 people link to you because they liked your content, there will be several variations on anchor text used in those links. Unnatural links building strategies, which are obvious scams or paid links can definitely cause trouble.

    Make sense?

You can never be sure when you are going to be sand boxed as I think it could be caused by many things. The google system is a robot so it has many things fed into it and we mere humans do not have access to the data on the data it is screening.
I have been sand boxed after aquiring just a few links and other times just got a huge serp boost from adding lots quickly.
I think it is less likely with articles with contexual links on relevent sites and to me these are the creme de la creme of links
