What's your favorite IM technique?

I had the idea to make this thread to hear what everyone has to say about their favorite internet marketing Technique, what has work for you and why. Instead of having to browse around for different opinions and reviews, everyone is welcome to state here what his or hers favorite way to make money with internet marketing whether it be SEO, direct mailing, list building, affiliates, adsense, flippa, being and outsourced worker or a combination of them....This is a curious question that i know many people has on their mind.... your are welcome to join the conversation. btw my favorite and yet only method so far is micro niche sites with amazon products with only seo and organic traffic.

    You seem to be including, under the label "technique", some business models, some income sources and some traffic generation techniques ... not a complaint: I'm "just saying"!

    My own most successful method by far has been article syndication, because it can bring me dramatic floods of highly targeted traffic without spending any money (I write the articles myself) and without being at all SEO-dependent, which is a huge plus, because any business model which is dependent on SEO for its primary traffic (as so many Warriors found out during 2011, sometimes to their great cost) is only ever one algorithm-change away from a potential accident.

    I'm attracting people to my niche websites in order to opt them in and build lists. I'm promoting (mostly) information products (though that isn't really relevant), as an affiliate (though that isn't really relevant, either).

    It produces gradually increasing residual income from work already done, so it's developing a genuine "asset-based business", however you look at it.

      Well..this is kind of a open ended question, but i am a huge proponent of the Niche Advertising sites with multiple streams of income...

      Notice: I said advertising, not Rent a site, Rentals or anything of that nature. People will pay for results and laser targeted Keyword Rich Niche sites do just that. It can deliver immediate results to a customer or business overnight once its ranked in the #1 spot.

      Plus there is no competition to speak of. Its like having a Google Ad words network all unto yourself. Exclusive advertising for clients with niche sites the hands down winner...

    Product creation is what I like, but I also like working on a website, talkin' with my coders and programmers, educating a newb on how to make money online.

    This might not be the type of answer you're looking for, but my favorite technique is building relationships with my subscribers. Not only does this make me money, but it's fun, worthwhile, and I really enjoy it!

      Same for me, my favorite technique is building relationships with my subscribers. It's amazing to see how you can turn your visitor from saying "Who is that guy? Is he another scam? Let me put my email here and see what..." to your subscriber saying a couple of days later: "I like you so much that I want to send $100 in your paypal every single month".

      This always amazes me. How you can turn someone into a raving fan. In fact, you don't want subscribers, you want raving fans. Subscribers don't send you money on demand. Raving fans do that.

      Email marketing is phenomenal!
