Making a Campaign Website for Local Judge!

I've recently taken on a job of creating a website for a local judge's campaign website. I have a few questions I would like the input from fellow Warriors on.

Is there any particular Wordpress theme that would work excellent for a campaign website? I have to sit down with the client ( Judge) and discuss with him what he would like to be included in the website. Obviously, a Biography and his credentials will be included. I am sure the client has quite a few ideas of his own to implement. My question to the Warriors is - can you think of anything that would be extremely useful on a campaign website that I can throw in as ideas to him?

This is going to be my first paid client website and I am very excited and want to do superb work. How much would you fellow Warriors consider charging for such a thing? Keep in mind , I am not sure what he plans on doing with the website post-election, so I do not know if there is even going to be any SEO needed. But I can see some advantages of making it very good with on-page SEO for some specific terms such as : "who's running for judge in X location" and some other keyword phrases. The SEO part is the least of my worries at this time though.

The Warriors have been extremely helpful to me and I just wanted to thank everyone for their help. A truly great group of people on here and some of the most willing to help I've ever seen on a message board. I just hope one day I become successful enough to return the favor everyone has so graciously done for me!
