What VOIP service Really Works on CL

I have had issues with creating PVA's using thing like aenvo and ringcentral. I hear there are ones that do work, but do not know which. Getting actual cell phones from a carrier is just not feasible in that it is costly, and the re verification cl does will cause problems in switching numbers on a phone. Any help is appreciated. Of course the cheaper the better...

    Have you tried Google Voice? I can't say if it works as I have no experience with it on CL. But Google Voice is a free VOIP service that you get from Google as long as you have a Gmail account or any other Google accounts. You can take a look at it.
