Has Anyone Had Any Success With Video Syndication

I saw a couple of gigs on fiverr stating "I will send Your Video to the top 20 Video Sharing Sites for $5 dollars." Some had top seller status with excellent reviews

I guess what I would like to know is, has anyone received good traffic returns with video syndication?

From what I understand, outside of Youtube - there is Daily Motion, Vimeo, and Metacafe that are pretty good but outside of those 4 everything else may not be worth it.

What are your thoughts on this?

    I use video marketing for a local marketing client. It is nice with just a little work to have my videos take up 3 spaces on the 1st page of Google Ya usually a youtube video, metacafe and daily motion are the 3 sites helping me knock others out. I do not usually see any other sites show up...
