How much can you sell it for? Usually, I see sites sell for about 20 - 25 times monthly earnings. The best place to sell would probably be Flippa.

You could probably get $2,500 - $3,125 for it on Flippa.

I agree with Ray Wynn...almost, I think a little less. about 2200 to 3000. as long as you can prove all income and such that is.

What things should I provide to show proof.
screenshots of earning ,list of keywords it ranking for, analytics screenshot.
Is there any other thing needed

First off, make sure you read clickbanks tos so you do not divulge anything you shouldn't I did that with google once and that got my adsense account banned.

Next read this article and go from there.

20-25 monthly estimate would generally be over-estimating, I think. However, since you haven't monetized for adsesne yet (so there is more scope for profit), I think you can expect those returns.

How did you guys arrive at that figure???

Has the original post been edited?

Ive sold sites in the range of $1,200 right up to $35,000 and have always sold them in and around 12 months worth of earnings.

25 X the monthly earnings seems excessive to me.

The OP edited their post. He said his site makes $120/month with Clickbank. I think 20 times monthly earnings is a fairly accurate selling price for a site on Flippa.

I agree with ramone. 10-12x the monthly income is the standard norm..could you guys direct me to the 20-25x monthly income sales thread on flippa?

agreed. I think the most reasonable price is 10-12x the monthly income.
I'm not sure people are willing to wait 2 years until they got their break even poin. Well, unless probably it's an extremely high profit site. Just my 2 cents.

All the sales made by AdsenseFlippers ("TryBPO" on flippa) have sold for about 20-25 x monthly earnings.

I think it depends on whether the site has reached its earning potential. If there are forms of monetization that are untapped, then I think a site can sell for 20-25 x monthly earnings.

Hi guys, I own a website (outside US) where I sell advertising direct to companies. Only adsense on blog. Directory listings, banner advertising and lead gen for it's industry. Could a site like this sell for 20 x monthly earnings?

As most of the people here said, you should expect between 2,000-3,000 dollars, unless your site has a lot of visitors or makes a lot of profit.
