Is it necessary to have a trademark for my AdSense and affiliate website?

Hi,

I have registered a domain name for my planned AdSense site, where the domain name is a very general and simple name.

Is it necessary to have a trademark for my AdSense and affiliate website/domain name?

And is it necessary to have trademark for my website's logo and slogan too?

Which trademark attorney service do you recommend to use that is reliable (to make a trademark research, applying for trademark, registration etc. and all the legal stuff about that)?

No it's not necessary to register a trademark for any site.

I do not think so and I would think most of the adsense sites are not trademarked. That would cost me a fortune to trademark all my domains, and probably be impossible to do.

Some says that trademark is nothing to concern about.

But others say (especially trademark attorneys), trademark is very important and the first crucial thing to do, it's crucial and not having a trademark or doing it the wrong way will cause serious consequences for you. (e.g. this link)

    And I'm being confused.

I just want to talk with an OK attorney that not behaves like a "money sucking" hose ("you either pay us 150.000 dollars to get us help you, or you're die")

Do you know of a good trademark attorney(s) that you may recommend?

Not sure what your are trying to protect here? You can trademark a name, product and possibably a slogan. However the costs can add up if you want to a trademark to applied worldwide.
You could be looking at 5 figures to trademark anything worldwide and get a specilaized trademark lawyer to deal with it.

If you're building a Google or a Facebook or an Amazon or some other branded type of site that will be huge, you need to trademark the name. If you're building a bunch of Adsense and affiliate sites, no one trademarks those. Would cost a fortune and it's pointless.
