Whats a simple way to make some videos for youtube for
affiliate marketing that will result in sales.

I know about camtasia's screen capture feature.

When I record videos using the screen capture my mic
volume is vary low.

I've seen videos that are getting thousands of views that just
has a headline & some music on it, something like this.

"How To Make "$14,501 In One Day"

These guys are making thousands off of these videos
how are they making them.

    what a lot of them do is make powerpoints, add music, and talk over them! sounds like you know what to do, but you need to either fix or get a new mic.

      When you are making videos with Camtasia the audio quality is usually pretty low.

      I Actually have a professional microphone and the audio is still low.

      But, the newer versions of Camtasia come with an audio enhancement feature which will allow you to boost the volume of the audio.

      Plus, it will take out all of the background noise.

      It actually works very very well.

      So, when you are editing all you need to do is click on the audio enhancement button and adjust the audio volume from there.

      That works very well.

    Just because they're getting thousands of views doesn't mean they're making thousands. It depends upon how good a job of pre-selling the video is doing.

      Yep, I made a music video that has over 133,000 views and hasn't made a dime.

    When you see people claiming that they made a certain amount of money on videos (Youtube, Myspace), it is all about getting your attention and selling you the idea that they are gurus at what they are selling to you. Most of them are just blowing smoke.

    My advice is to do due diligence and investigate a bit more in detail as to how these claims were met. Do a background check on the product and company that the individual is marketing too:

    Contact info (A telephone number)
    Name of Company
    Accreditation of the Company

    You pretty much get the idea.

      I don't know if you have heard of it but there is also a great site called animoto. I have seen some people using this and getting a lot of views. I have used it and I am quite impressed. If you combine the videos you can make with a powerpoint presentation or the camstasia, I am sure it will bring some buzz. But you also got to consider the tags that people use to get those views. They are very important with youtube.
