WSOs and Affiliates - Better Refund System Needed

I've been a big fan of the WForum. Has enhanced my IM experience significantly. I'm also a big fan of the WSOs, as it's great to grab new ideas from others and do what I want with them.

But here's my beef. WF/WSO needs a better process for Affiliate refunds.

If the WF / WSO guys are going to allow affiliates to promote WSOs, then we need a MUCH BETTER refund process THROUGH THE AFFILIATES.

There's nothing more frustrating to the buyer than to hear this from the WSO originator: "I've contacted the affiliate, who I'm sure will process you refund soon." And then a week goes by and nothing happens.

I've now experienced this scenario a couple of times (after a couple of plug-ins didn't work right technically), and just saw another guy on the forum who had the same experience.

So Warrior Forum / WSO affiliates - until there's more accountability or a better plan for affiliate refunds, I'll only buy through the original WSO. Sorry affiliates, no more $$ for your efforts.

If you feel the same way, sound off and let's improve the process.

This has nothing to do with the Warrior Forum.

The Forum is simply selling advertising space to WSO advertisers. It isn't involved in the transactions at all.

It's true that if someone promises refunds and doesn't fulfil the deal, the Forum may close or even remove their WSO, to protect the members. But one surely can't expect more than this?!

Respectfully, I suggest you make sure you're aiming at the right target, before you start encouraging people to "sound off". Maybe you mean "WarriorPlus", or something? Or DigiResults, or JVZoo, or something? They all have affiliate facilities for WSO's, I think? The Warrior Forum doesn't, anyway ...

Warrior Forum, Warrior Plus ... whatever. Thanks for clarifying. If you control the channel, then you can improve the system.

Are you saying they are not one and the same?

That's exactly what is being said. The forum has nothing to do with the sales mechanism.

Yes that's exactly what everyone is saying. Warrior plus (like a few other systems) is a selling system and affliate site that has no relationship with this site apart from it works in conjunction with the selling section (warrior special offers).
Your concerns would be better directed at the owners of said sites.

You really cant blame people for the confusion when Warriorplus is using Warrior it its business name and having such a close relationship with WF, kinda joined at the hip.

There is bound to be confusion and automatic association for newbies joining the site and its just constant case of telling people they are seperate.

Thanks for the clarification. Us "newbies" learn something everyday. Still, maybe this will help others distinguish between the two. Will push this over to warriorplus.

A lot of people make that mistake. Warrior+ is owned by a totally different person. That is why only people who use Warrior+ are chosen for WSO of the day. The person who owns Warrior+ runs the WSO of the day newsletter.
