I exaggerate bad me, but Google can?

Can someone explain the don't exaggerate your product or else.
I have some eBooks up and when doing a search in Google shopping the results are showing my book has a 5 star rating with over 1800 reviews.

The book has sold a couple hundred copies and only has 1 review.

How does this work? I exaggerate and I'm bad or are they only barking about money being made?

Are those 1800 reviews real? If not, Google will remove your star ratings from search results.
