a commission junction question - didn't get credited sale
Hello there
I'm relatively new to using commission junction but I recently set up a campaign to promote some relevant IM products in there and offered a bonus to those who signed up.
Now someone signed up because they forwarded me the receipt etc but there is no credit for the sale in my CJ account though I copied and pasted the html code carefully into my wordpress page.
Firstly, I'm in Australia, is there an email address I can contact Commission Junction??
Secondly, have you had the same experience and what should I do
