Infusionsoft Help Desk - What Help Desk do you use with Infusionsoft?

Hey Guys,

For those of you that use Infusionsoft, what help desk do you use along with it?

My team was looking at using ZenDesk.com. We've seen some pretty awesome businesses with amazing customer service using that system.

What do you use and why? Price, user friendly, all around awesomeness?

  • I've seen some users rave about using FuseDesk, a third-party add-on. It's fairly complete and has a ton of features that benefit our users with customer service needs.

    Thank you so much for this response. Seeing an objective view of someone who has tried different things is VERY helpful.

    Did you ever get ZenDesk to integrate with Infusionsoft?

    Both sides say they don't integrate it, but then followup saying they do have an open API though ...

    Does that mean they can be integrated? I'm not sure ... and if so I have no idea how easy it would be. I've just had my team send messages to a bunch of different API developers to see what they can do.
