Flippna.com is the best place I think to sell websites. Impossible to say what it would bring in.. depends on so many factors like PR, age, is it making any money?

As unwritten rule, you should charge 10x the amount it makes in a month.

So if it makes $50 a month, you flip it for $500.

    Things to consider,
    1) is the site making money already ?
    2) are you going to provide some plugins which is used properly will help backlinks etc
    3) are you going to provide hosting for the site or going to let the buyer do the havey lifting ?

All these factors make a difference, if it's a new site , you can expect $77 - $97 with good auto plugins thrown in would be my best guess

Yes, it is already making profit and it has a covert ratio or 1/25

    It depends on 2 factors.

    1. The traffic of your website.
    2. The revenue of your website.

You can browse Flippa and check those sold websites that monetized by Amazon affiliate and check how much their websites worth.

You do not necessarily need to be making money to sell a site, it just makes it harder.

For example if you have a high volume of traffic but don't have the time or capital to monetize the site then you can sell to an investor who does.
