is it a good idea to have two optins on a salespage?

like this

Hi, it seems good to me.
Even though I haven't done those pages myself, I see many with that format.

    Best of luck!

    Thank you
    What is your conversion goal?
What do you want people to do? optin or buy?

If your goal is the opt in then yes. It would be a good
    strategy.

That is the forumula I use with many squeeze pages/sales pages.

Headline and video next to optin. More content. And then optin at the bottom.

That's actually normal. It's just a follow-up or a reminder link for a possible buyer to opt-in/buy. You're doing good man.
