Best social media for selling products?

Wanted to put this out to the pros and their experience with social media. What channels do you feel are best for a website that focuses on selling products and has no CPA.

In my opinion I'm thinking that Twitter is the best with using Youtube to make video content to place on the site.

What say you guys?

Youtube and facebook Ads are best ,thier engagment ratio is more than any other social media.
Twitter got spammed no real traffic and little or no SEO values.

Facebook's been the best for me. Especially if you can build "likes" to a fan page and then continue to engage people from there.
You could then put a link to your twitter page somewhere that's easy for people to click on if you still wanted to catch the hard core twitter users.

There are also more sites to consider, if you are looking for more traffic. I have started using Digg and StumbleUpon to draw in traffic, by submitting the URL to them, of all the new articles/content I publish on my websites.

In my Google Analytics, I see a lot of my traffic coming from those two sites. I have yet to see very much traffic coming from Twitter. I have finally started seeing a bit of traffic from Facebook.

It depends on the Product you are selling. But you can't go wrong with Facebook Pages together with the right campaign promoted via Facebook ADS.

Facebook is the best in my opinion for building an engaged community.. Twitter works well for getting the latest news and having conversation with people in your niche.

Google + is good for SEO, but I don't actively use it, just have the button on my site.

It's difficult in my opinion to draw sales from Twitter, at least directly.. You can build up a good community and readership via Twitter, but selling to them directly will likely not result in a ton of success.
