I build and sell niche websites and I was just wondering if you guys might have some tips or techniques you could share with me that could help make it more lucrative.

    1. Add Google Analytics. Will come in handy later
    2. Have a clear monetization plan OR show proof of monetization if available.
    3. Try to get customer base. People love to have customer base.
    4. Focus on getting a high impact design for the site.

      You could try writing unique articles of high quality for your website. This way your articles may have higher chance of people adding it to social bookmarking sites like Digg, SU,Reddit etc. Once your article gets to the frontpage of these social bokmarking sites, you will have a ton of visitors and you could make money from these visitors by placing ads on your website.
