This thread is created for just one reason -- to promote awareness of this incredible tool, "Contacts & Friends" in the forum.
The more I think of the potential, the more I'm amazed at Allen. You know, email list could disappear anytime if we do not take care of it properly. But the contacts and friends in the forum can't possibly go away.
So why not recommend your newsletter subscribers to sign up this forum and let them be your friend? Just imagine the potential of nurturing friendship with them via PM.
Of course, don't abuse the PM, and wrongly accuse somebody who sends you a PM.
