I am curious if someone can tell me if fan pages would fall under the Social PPC umbrella as I have a few offers I want to start a campaign for and they do allow social ppc traffic

*EDIT Sorry I read that wrong, you're talking about direct traffic from fan pages? That's not social ppc, but do they say anything about 'social traffic'? Many CPA networks are different and word things differently. But yeah I'd ask your affiliate manager or post this question in:

Ad Networks - CPA, CPM, CPL - Millionaire Makers..

I think that's exactly what they mean when they say 'social ppc'. Both Facebook and LinkedIn have PPC programs. But if you ever have a question like this I'm sure your affiliate manager can answer it very quickly, that's what they're there for.

Typically social traffic includes advertising in social networks whether that's Facebook, MySpace Plenty of Fish, etc.

When in doubt, just ask your affiliate manager.

I'm not a big fan of Facebook PPC. I did not get a good return on that one. It was more expensive then Google, Yahoo and bing for me. And you can't target specific keywords.

PPC is very good and effective if you know what you're doing. I do FB PPC and I'm doing very well with it. Every investment I make doubles and triples with FB PPC. Why? Well because I took a lot of time to learn how to do it and maximize your ads. I suggest anyone who's willing to do a paid traffic strategy to learn it first from the experts before jumping on to try it out. I did that and it saved me a lot of time and money in the process.
