Good quality form generator

Hi

I am trying to create a form in my current website much like the form at the very top of each page of this website: Solar Panel Prices & Installation Costs |The Eco Experts

I am trying to do it within my website software as an iframe but it is causing me problems. The software automatically brings up a capture on their own server and this never displays properly within the frame.

I would need it to be just like the one on that website but have my own text and my own designed submit button. Also, after the last set of questions it would need to either redirect the whole page (not the iframe) onto another url or bring up a message with a link to the redirected page.

Anybody know of any online software (free or extremely cheap) that I can use? Putting anchors inside iframes can cause some real problems with some browsers i think.

i have done a few searches for forms but none of them can be visually split into two like the example site I've shown and none of them allow me to customise my own buttons etc.

I am not a website wizard so I cannot do anything too technical. Would need it to be easy enough just to put straight onto my site just as an iframe or something.
