Google Privacy Policies Get Major Revamp

Interesting. I'm sure the conspiracy theorists will have a field day with this announcement.

What say you?

I love Google's double standard. They don't want anyone to mess with them, but then they mess with everyone else. They worry about their own proprietary information and censorship, but then to heck with the rest of us!

I say if someone disagrees with those new policies, that will not make them a conspiracy theorist.

I also say that this is not new- "Users have no choice but to accept the changes, except, of course, to stop using Google's services." Maybe it is new on the paper, but they have been practicing it for a while now.

The moment I felt like they are acting like a creepy pedophilia, I stopped using almost all of their products. The only two I use right now are YouTube and a bit of Google search. Would be nice if I can keep using them without giving away my first born child. If I have to stop using them, so be it. My life will not get much worse really...lol.

The results pages won't be any too accurate for writers researching data due to all the different topics. I'll just make sure personal results are off and I am signed out of any big brother G account when searching. I make it a point not to even look at any advertisements on my gmail account.

It drives me crazy when I keep seeing the same advertisers popping up everywhere which is following me from cookies placed on the computer, the personal results would push me over the edge.

Bing and Yahoo here I come...at least if I can get the serp I want.
