Hello.
and good morning.
I'll get straight to the point.

I have plr and mrr videos.
Each plr video comes with a flash folder and an .avi file.

My mrr videos come with only a flash folder that contains
about 8 or 10 files, including an index.html
(I have the right to host the mrr videos on my server).

I know that I can just upload all of the files from the flash folder
onto my server and then point to the index.html to view video.

I have a program called "Trigger Players" , Thank You Josh.

It enables me to stream my videos on my web page.
In order for it to work, I have to load a .FLV video file into the system.

My question is: How do I take my mrr flash files and make a .flv file?
Or is it already in the folder group of files, somewhere?

Thanks for any ideas.

I think what you're talking about is converting your .avi file into .flv.

      But I'm no video expert.

Believe me that is what I thought at first... I was about to say "Do you mean you want to convert from avi to flv?" then I thought hang on...I read his post like a couple of times and it clearly states here:

So his PLR comes with a flash and avi. But flash extension is normally .swf
And he wants to get his MRR videos loaded into the program that accepts only .flv

Therefore his MRR doesn't have .avi or else he would have stated so, and thus he needs a simple swf to flv converter. That is it!

So we take it that the problem has been solved?

          - The MRR packages don't usually come with source files...where as PLR usually does.

Yup, so all he has to do is convert it to .flv. Nothing to it!
You don't see people complain when someone takes a video and convert it to another format that can be played on the site?

It matters not whether he has MRR or PLR rights, he is not inserting his own name or anything. He just need to convert it from swf to flv.

Same as when you take avi and convert to flash or even any other extension you can think of.

              Okay, Here's my problem.
When I am converting an avi file (for instance) I simply hit the video input browse button on my converter, click on the folder that holds the avi file, then click on the avi icon.

With flash files, it doesn't seem to work.
I simply hit the video input browse button on my converter, click on the folder that holds the flash file and that's when a message comes up saying: No items match your search.

So I am wondering how to convert so that I can make a .flv file from somewhere
              out of that folder.
Could it, or the solution be somewhere in the flash folder, that I am just missing?

Here is what I see in the flash folder:

*Flash Template (cascading style sheet document)
              *Production info (open document text)
              *index.html
*Java Script File (Shows title of video)
              *Video Title_config (Windows media player)
              *title_controller (open document text)
              *title_controler (windows media player)
              *gif image
              *title_preload (windows media player)
              *swfobject (JScript Script file)

I tried to import it into camtasia, thanking that I could convert it that way
but I am unable to do that either.

I have tried to load the files individually into both camtasia and also my flv converter.
              No luck there either.

              This has got me stumped.
Funny thing is that the solution is probably quite simple.

              Any ideas?

I will help fix your confusion in just 30 seconds on the phone.

Since you are a previous customer of mine just PM me your phone number with a link to this thread, time zone and best times to call and I will ring you up and I am sure I can unconfuse you quickly

                Other than that:

                1. Since you have trigger players one of the bonuses in the members area training section is instruction on how to encode avi to flv in the most optimized and quality preserving way.

                2. You keep saying "flash folder" but there is no such thing as a "flash folder" what you really have is a folder with flash video files in it. They are most likely either flv or swf format. SWF is an older flash video format that does not work with flv only players so if your files are .swf and not .flv then you will need to go the route of converting your avi versions of the videos to .flv

Okay, so I will just upload all of the files in the flash folder to
my server and just point to the index file the old fashion way...
... Then, just convert all of the .avi files and use them in your "Trigger Player" system
                  to create those pages.
                  Did I get it right?

                  Hay I got an idea...
I'll just grant access of the "trigger Player" pages to the paying customers
and let the free customers watch the old style pages... LOL Just Kidding.
