I have an Amazon Affiliate website and would like to know more about the SEO tactics( I know most of them) to be implemented for the same, so as to drive more traffic to the website. Please suggest the most efficient technique to have high conversion rate of products of Amazon.

The easiest thing to do is target keywords that you can easily rank for. The sites I own usually start getting traffic within 48 hours because of proper keyword selection.

Other than free SEO methods, you can try PPC and Facebook Ads. These will get you quick traffic.

In-depth review articles that are unique and change over time will keep the content fresh and can attract more traffic. As mentioned earlier, engaging in a targeted social media campaign or two will also get quick results. Just be sure to "engage" in the social part to get a good buzz going.

    Enjoy.

Do you do your own social campaigns, or do you outsource them? if you outsource them, do you mind sharing who you use? (via PM is fine if you prefer)

It depends on how focused your website or niche is. Are you focusing on 1 product or a category of products (kitchen appliances, lawncare etc.)?

239 words and 12 ads. You will never reach and stay on 1st page of google.

Target low competition keywords and load your site with lots of keyword-rich original content.

A good conversion tip is to create different tracking IDs for the different link types you have throughout your pages- such as a tracking ID for clickable images, a tracking ID for in-text links, a tracking ID for links that straight up say "click here for the best price" or "buy now from Amazon", a tracking ID for comparison tables.. blah blah blah you get the idea.

After a month, sift through your results and you'll have a much better idea of where to funnel your traffic.

Content is the KING, and video reviews , with social profile and other Web 2.0 backlinking to related sites will help you attain your goal. if you have done KW research properly and having a good domain name matching your review product helps too.

There are so many ways for you to drive traffic with an Amazon affiliate website. If I were you, I would go for article and video marketing. Combining these two methods will be a killer, along with proper keyword research and on-page SEO.
