Clickbank's One-Click Upsell

Hey Guys

Just wanted to know if any one of you is using Clickbank's One-Click Upsell?
Or any O-C-U for that matter.

I am sure this is a great initiative, and especially so because it is now available to all Vendors and not just a few, like it was during Beta.

Although everything sounds good, my main concern is this. Will O-C-U not increase accidental purchases, and thereby increase refunds?

Maybe my fears are unfounded. So I wanted others to share their thoughts on this. What do you feel?

No man... as long as you make it clear on the Upsell page it won't...using Upsell's has increased my earnings by 120% and the refund rate is exactly the same 9.2%.

So I suggest you give it a try and I guarantee you won't regret it

There should hopefully be few accidental purchases as ClickBank requires the following

Each upsell Pitch Page must follow these guidelines:

    - Must have a prominent option to decline the offer near every accept link or button.
    - Must prominently display the price associated with accepting the offer.
    - The accept link or button must indicate the customer is making a purchase:
-- Acceptable phrases include: "Buy Now," "Add to My Order," or "Add to My Purchase."
-- Vague or misleading phrases are unacceptable, such as: "Click Here to Continue," "Learn More," or simply "Yes."

    Thanks Olson.

I am planning to use O-C-U for my upcoming launch, and it's good to get first hand stats from someone who has actually used it. Appreciate you sharing that

This is a value tool, and a MUST if you are clickbanking. My tips, is if you have the three tiered flow, don't make it confusing with MULTIPLE offers.. Possible downsells could do well though.

Make your One Click Upsell the next logical purchase based on your product. What is that "NEXT step" that could kickass for the purchaser?

I've been testing low tickets and they convert well (like 7-17 dollar upsells on a 47-77 dollar product) I've also tested a higher end level that made a little less money as the 7/17 deal (it was a 47 dollar upsell) but I noticed that the low end upsell takers are better future customers doing to the "Upsell VIP Status" I give them, as well as the overdelivery of a 7-17 dollar gig.

One click upsell is awesome- Most of my upsells are $77 with a $27-$47 front end and some sites have almost a 50% take rate on the upsell. And no more refunds than normal.

Thanks Harvey! Will go through the book today...

Thank you for your suggestions Rlinken. Yes, my upsell is a very logical upgrade to the front-end. And no, I am not having any downsells or further upsells. I agree with you, we should keep things simple and less complicated.

Thank you NateRivers. I have a $47 front end, and a $47 upsell. And the offer is pretty targeted. So hopefully it should convert well.
