I Need a Facebook Plugin: Like,Share and secret download

Hello,
I need a Facebook wordpress plugin/script that allows me to do some virality.

On my facebook page I ask people to go to my website to download a free ebook.

Once they go to my website

To download the free ebook they have to:
1) Like my facebook page.
2) Share my website address.
3) they receive the pdf

Can you suggest me how to do?

    this would be easier not to seek for a plugin but rather for php script that you host on your server. You can modify it a lot more and it's really faster to implement.
    Find something around or contact some (if you don't know how to code) php programer to build it for you.

    Hello Smilix, I need something like that:
    somebody wrote that it is against Facebook Tos, but I read them and it seems to be ok. can you create this for me? (i can't pm)
    @lamatic, your plugin demos seem to be buggish...they auto-force share or if someone already liked the page he can't share...

    I use a rather known script which uses an automatic share once someone is downloading...but it ALSO has the option to manually download without sharing if someone doesn't like to share. Would that be against TOS?
