Camtasia to powerpoint help!

INTERNET MARKETING

I was using the powerpoint plug in on camtasia to record powerpoint presentations and it was working fine now all of a sudden once i finish recording it and it goes straight to camtasia and says: unable to decode the video stream for the file then my file name then this file may not be supported! Why is it doing this all of a sudden and what can I do to fix it? The video comes through but not the audio.

I Have had problems with the Powerpoint plugin stopping working all of a sudden. It just kept freezing. I un installed Camtasia, then repaired powerpoint via the add remove programs in your control panel. This fixed the problem (but it was slightly different to yours but may work)
If all else fails don't use the plug but set your slide show setting sin powerpopint to play in window then set up the recording area with camtasia to record the screen to the size of the powerpoint screen without the window controls and then record the screen whilst running your powerpoint slides. Bit of a faff but it does work
