Can You Help Me Optimize My Site? (I WILL PAY...)

I have a site in the dog training niche which gets roughly 10,000 unique a month. I also have 2x highly targeted lists (1x XXX dog breed training and 1x XXX dog breed health) each with 1,400 approx subscribers and an autoresponder series which goes out to each list.

The problem in all of this is I only make between $100 - $200 a month from the site

I know the site is capable of making much more but I’m involved with so many other projects, I don’t have the time to optimize it.

Does anyone know of any services or people which specialize in conversion optimization? The traffic I have coming to the site is targeted so we’re just talking about looking at and improving all aspects which effect converting a visitor or subscriber into a buyer.

Ideally, I like a service which has a fee structure based on performance i.e. if they improve my monthly revenue by $500 then I pay them 3x that, so $1500 etc...This is not essential though.

Does anyone have any recommendations or would like to put themselves forward?

    If you go to the Phillipines on Craigslist and pick a big city such as Manila, you'll find a lot of SEO and backling service providers at great prices. I've found them to be honest and hard working. God bless.

      Why not invest in a course that will show you how to do this yourself? At least this way, you won't be in this position again, or at least once you have this knowledge, you can instruct someone on exactly what you want done, rather than just "hoping" they know what theyre doing.

      You'll probably also find a lot of people that really have no idea what they're doing and blast hundreds of useless links all over the web too.

        Another good point. To be honest, I already have a pretty good idea what needs to be done. I already know a fair bit about optimization but just don't have the time or quite frankly the interest in the site to do it myself.

        Might be best finding someone to work under my instruction. Hummm...

        Not sure about normal outsourcing spots for this one. Will require someone with more expert knowledge.

        Any recommendations?

          Not too sure in terms of "conversion optimization". I would recommend Inline SEO for a search engine optimisation course though, but this may not be what you're looking for.

      Backlink comments aren't helpful. The site already gets a decent amount of targeted traffic. I have a team of 3x full time workers in the Phillipines already....

    Your best bet here is to post the link and
    ask for people's input.

    Nobody is going to want you to pay them
    on how their improvements perform.

    What if you screw the pooch on implementing
    them? Or your traffic dies off?

    Suddenly they've worked for free, as things
    outside their control has reduced or levelled
    off your income.

    So no. Keep your money. Show us the site
    instead.

      Good point David. Performance incentive may not be the way forward.

      I think the main area of optimization is my autoresponder as the site already does quite a good job of generating subscribers.

      However, let me see what responses I get on this thread before I post my link.

      well put my friend... I would have been happy to give some input for a few minutes of my time... So i am like X2 here... if the OP wants help Post up the link...Otherwise just send me a Paypal for $1000 and will spend one full day on optimization for conversions... But No Pay for Performance just like David said.. Now post up the link already...
