If you add a Google Search box to your site will it index more of your pages and also index them faster?

I'm not sure. I know the fastest way I get indexed is with Traffic Geyser. Many times I've gotten indexed in under 10 minutes with that program.

never heard of it.... but try submitting your site to some socialbook marketing sites, Delicious, Reddit, etc
also get a link from high traffic forums like this one, article directories may help to get your site index faster.

I've done all of that (social bookmarking, articles, link building etc.) -- I read somewhere that if you use use a Google Searchbox on your site it "forces" Google to index more of your pages and at a faster rate. I'm not sure if it's true that's why I'm asking -- just to see if anyone has had experience with it. I think I'll give it a shot and see if it works. I'll try and stay posted with the results.
