I'm looking for a referral program/software/WPplugin or Theme

It should ask the user to share our page on the major social networks and keep track of referrals and attribute points that will allow us to reward them.

Something like this but a one off fee:

Are you looking for a refer a friend or more like full blown affiliate software.

Ideally I'd like it to have some sort of trackable links, but also a built in step by step process that takes the visitor through a social sharing process. (Checkout Win a Free iPad3 for You and a Friend!)
Referrers should be able to login to a dashboard to see how many people they have referred.
