Are company representatives allowed to respond on WF?

I might be mistaken, but I responded to a number of questions from WF members and I noticed my threads deleted without cause this morning. I don't see anything in the rules prohibiting companies to respond to valid concerns from users.

I value the views and opinions here and would like to engage in thoughtful discussion among people who have questions or concerns about Infusionsoft. I am a bit concerned though at why I've seen numerous posts go missing the next day.

Can someone fill me in on whether companies are permitted to respond to questions from users? Thanks!

    I've seen plenty of company reps posts stay ... depends on how NON-promotional you can be and answer a question.

    Basically, there not going to keep a thread that just becomes an all about Infusionsoft thread.

    Answering a basic question or pointing them to your support shouldn't present a problem. Dropping a lot of links around will present a problem.

      I think it depends upon how regularly you attend the
      forum to reply to the Infusionsoft-related threads
      and what you post within your replies.

      If you don't visit this forum for more than a few days
      and then just do a search of Infusionsoft-related threads
      and reply to them all at the same time - then that bumps
      those threads to the top.

      That's a problem IMO.

      However, if you reply to Infusionsoft threads within
      a day or so of them being current, then that's not
      a problem as you're joining in a natural conversation
      (provided that you give useful, non-promotional replies).

    Thanks for the replies, Suzanne and Shaun. I aim to provide answers, not promotion. I didn't consider the impact of bumping older threads to the top. I can see how that can be a bit of a bother.

    Thanks for the clarification. I like to contribute where I can on various threads and topics.
