I have a couple of threads on my website (Thanks to everyone who helped!) I think everything is ready. But there is one thing i am no sure on: Do i need a privacy policy page or something like that on a one page pre sell website? Thanks

I think you do if you have ads like adsense on it.

To make sure that everyone is treating it as a normal site, you should add pages like Privacy Policy, Contact and About. You definitely need it.

Yes, Google likes transparency...in fact I thought they required contact and privacy policy

I definitely agree... the more you make "known" the less likely people will be to freak out on you later and the more liekly they are to trust you...if you are an "open book"

    Are you using Wordpress?

If so there's a plugin for a cookie cutter
Privacy Policy. Does the job, and is Adsense
compliant. At least I think it is.

Having a Privacy Policy and a Terms of Use
page on your site is rarely going to be a bad
thing, so you may as well have them there.

Uncle Google likes to see them too.

The privacy policy and terms of service are for Google. But the contact page and the About page is for people. When I stumble across a new blog, I always read the about page. I want to know who's talking to me.
