Wordpress or HTML for Facebook Fanpages?

Hey guys..I would like to get some opinions from people who are actively creating fanpages for clients. Do you prefer to use wordpress over html? What are the pros/cons of both that you have ran into?

    WP is easily optimized and has good impression on the search engines as well.

    You may be able to control more with html but WP is so easy it makes it not worth messing with HTML.

    You can also tie your WP website and Fanbook together better using WP.

    If your clients are not "techies", it's probably best to stick with Wordpress.

    You can integrate flash inside HTML AND FLASH works great on fanpages.
    I designed fan pages with flash banners on christmas as well as I am creating a few for valentines day!!
    Wordpress is good.
    you can use any wsiwyg editor [serif web plus] and u will be good to go!!
