I'm Sentencing Myself to 48 Hour IM Lockdown -- Doing Time for Being Lazy...

Truth and Justice prevails -- and sometimes you have to be your own executioner...

Instead of sitting in self-loathing pity for time wasted and mismanaging my resources, I'm going to use my time in self-appointed prison to complete a financial rehabilitation program. And I'll be doing it with inmate wages... which is $0

My Resources:

(1) Free Domain Registration + Hosting
(1) $100 Adsense Credit
Dreamweaver & Photoshop
Live Merchant Account
Free 1Shoppingcart Trial
48 Hours
My bail is set at $1200. If I make it out in the next 48 hours, which is my arraignment I'll still be convicted of being lazy (the evidence is overwhelming) and likely sentenced to a 6 month probationary period where I'll have to demonstrate temperance and works-man-ship to be deemed worthy of re-entering society as a valued member of the IM community.

Time's up, I have a debt to pay. Do you?

Being lazy right now is not an option, you've got to keep going and find a system that really works best for you. If one system doesn't work for you at all, don't continue that and find a new one.

Imaginary jail is better than real jail any day, so things could be worse.

Trust me.. been there, done that. Not fun.

I dont like the holding cells and I've always posted bond, but I dont even want to imagine what its like in general population. I'm no punk and that still isnt something I'd want to do.

Anyway, good luck. Hope ya make "bail" haha

Try some affiliate marketing and/or CPA. Shouldn't have any problems making the goal.

Just be prepared for the 'community service' so to speak, cuz there will be plenty of work. lol

I'm assuming that your "resources" also include a computer and an Internet connection?

Good luck, hope you make your goal which as I understand it amounts to about 25 dollars an hour for the next 48 hours. That of course is assuming you aren't actually planning on sleeping.

Yes -- I have a computer and internet -- more than real jail inmates get.

I expect $25 an hour is about what I'm worth with my current skill set -- but I'm brewing up an idea that's worth 10x that if I can effectively communicate it and logistically work out it's manifestation in the allocated time period!

Well I'm sure you are worth much more than 25 dollars an hour - and if you allow yourself time for sleep, eating and that all-too-important personal hygiene you could actually drive your worth up to 37.50 an hour and only work 16 hours per day!

        Again, good luck with it!

Sometimes a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. And putting yourself on lockdown sounds like an excellent strategy. I'm currently on lockdown too... not financially tho. My girlfriend isn't putting out. Lol...

Yeah...i would agree to not being too hard on yourself man,
however self-imposing your sentence might actually be the greatest drive in your case...

    Anyway interesting post
    and Good Luck

Alright — 2 hours left before I'm released from my lockdown.

Here's a summary what I did over the last 46 hours:

    — Took advantage of the Market Samuri Free Trail to Do Keyword Research
    — Took advantage of the SENukeX Free 14 Day Trail to "Nuke" My Offer
    — Signed up to Fiverr and created 3 gigs
    — Registered my domain and completed the site design, layout, theme and (2) internal landing pages of unique content with order options linked up to shopping cart and merchant accounts.
    — Wrote, rewrote, and wrote again a set of articles totaling about 2,400 words. I used spin syntax, and nested spinning to create one badass article that's 100% unique no matter how you many times you preview the spun article. Attached (2) links to the spun article, one to my website (registered it for free) and the other to my Fiverr gig. Blasted it to 1,400 directories at a rate of 50 submissions per day (won't see the results of this for awhile)
    — "Nuked" my Fiverr gig

    The results at a glance:
    • Got and completed 5, Fiverr gigs ($20 profit)
    • Successfully upsold one Fiverr customer into a $97 link package
    • Contracted another Fiverr provider to complete the order for me ($90 profit)
    • Fiverr gig is now it's on the first page of google for a long-tail term that seems to have already got a few click-throughs. That was easy!

Within 3-4 weeks the results of my SENukeX blast, plus article submissions will be in for my targeted terms on google, and so, I will begin getting organic traffic (I expect) from long-tail terms to my actual site.

Since I still have two hours left, I'm going to plugin Adwords now.

Is it possible to reach my $1200 goal over the next (2) hours? Well — I have roughly $1090 to go. a few of the product offers on my site are subscription link building services. So if I get just one $97 subscription order and they stay on for 11 months — than YES!!!

Truly, there is no way to know the lifetime value of the work I've done over the next 48 hours. Lifetime value of contacts, experience and prospects obtained, seo work, and the confidence boosting effects of work-made-manifest.... hmm
