How do I battle these copyright Infringers

Hi Friends

Please I need serious advice on how to battle this serious copyright Infringement . I work for an Internet entertainment TV brand in Nigeria, We pay producers to get rights for Home based movies and we upload these movies online to our worldwide audience. You can check out our web platform to understand better IROKOtv

We have a big problem on our hands, A WHOLE LOT of sites are uploading some of these movies illegally without the right. It's VERY painful when you see other sites Illegally showing what you paid for. We've tried submitting DCMA complaints to some host companies and search engines but it's very much tougher because it's video content. We didn't get the deserved response.

Please is there any way we can take down these fraudsters. Please anyone. I need your expertise on this.

BuniBuni and Showtime Nigerian Videos - OnlineNigeria.com are the two tops.

    The issue is quite serious and it seems very difficult to tackle with these fraudsters. This is not uncommon but videos adds to the complexity of the issue.

    I would continue the DCMA route and possibly add a water mark to the videos stating that they are copy written.

    You can go the legal route and inform the local court of the country they are in. Some countries do have laws for internet fraud and intellectual property rights crimes.

    This is not an easy issue to resolve.

    Well, it is nigeria after all. What about putting a watermark on the video? If hollywood can't combat this, don't think you'll have any luck either.
