it an age domain i just gotten , i personally know it has a natural visit of which over 100 member sign up ..

what do i need then

-what to do to make it convert
-no reflect on my adsense account
-what am i doing wrong
-A JVP if you are willing

    What exactly is your question ? from what i see some of your topics and topic description are a direct copy from other forums, word for word, so maybe look at editing some of those to make things look a little more natural.
