Hi there, this question is just kinda brainstorming idea of website concept. In this case, we're gonna have "inamerica.com"..

That's kind of a broad name, and it'll be related to america.. what kind of website will you build? What kind of content? thx warriors, I hope it'll help the readers here too

Action is great. It's really the only way to succeed.

However, action without a plan is simply shooting in the dark.

Why buy a domain name without a plan for using it? Unless, of course, your plan was to buy it then ask the Warriors what to do with it?

Yes.

I've also bought several (many) domain names that I've let expire without touching.

At the same time, I've had a few big projects (each one was "The Next Big Thing"), where I spent a great deal of time and energy before actually planning out a course -- or seriously looking into the viability of the idea.

I try to work smarter today.

Well, coming back to the main question of this thread....

I would build a "catalog" of the best things to do if you are from another country and want to visit USA.

Like "All you can have fun with IN AMERICA".

Just an idea to start the brainstorm.

  I agree - you could use a site to point out places of interest, regional information, tourist information, how to get visas, etc. The target market would be those outside America interested in visiting or learning more.
  
  If your goal is to make sales to Americans by using that url - and you don't know enough about the country to sound "real" - it will be a fail.

Offer the site as a business directory/places directory/people directory.
The domain is broad but if you add targeted subdomains it will be good.

Review site dedicated ONLY to items which are made in america, or exist only in America.
Use amazon affiliate to monetize.

with that same niche you could review American locations as well using adsense or something similar to make money on those pages (or sell travel type books from amazon).
