Can I CANCEL YAHOO Directory? Or will it Hurt me in Google?

I have been paying for this Yahoo Directory listing $300 for a few years now. But now with all the new things I've learned as far as building backlinks - I no longer wish to pay for this as its expensive and most of my traffic comes from Google. So question is if I cancel am I going to lose PR and can I lose my rankings in Google or Yahoo. I get a ton of organic traffic from Google and have my keywords in the Top 5.:confused:

    the Yahoo directory is a trusted link. If you can afford it, definitely keep paying for it

    It's quite an unknown secret, however if you cancel the
    Yahoo directory, your link will remain tracked.

    So yes, cancel it.

    It's a clients website which I set up with Yahoo and then

    I think this was a bad bad mistake! May be coincidence but right after I cancelled the yahoo directory - within 3 months - I have went from 36,000 hits per month to 1000 hits per month. That has never happened in 6 years!! I'm sick!
