Does this method still work with clickbank products? Placing ads with your affiliate links?..

Maybe someone will pop up and contradict me, but it seems very clear to me that direct linking of any kind, anywhere, is simply not an adequate way to sell ClickBank products. (Yes, I have tried this myself, when I first started in 2008, using USFreeAds, and as far as I know I never made a sale from it at all).

I wouldn't waste my time throwing any affiliate hooks into those barren waters. Free classified sites can still produce a lead or two for your list, but few people buy directly from those links.

I canceled my USFREE ADS PREMIUM ACCOUNT. I wasn't getting any results. I think people are sticking to the free sites that pretty much allow you to post daily. Backpage is still awesome and believe it or not if you combine it with 3 ads a day on craigslist you really make out.

I'm surprised to see someone say they've gotten results with Backpage. I did an experiment where I posted the same ad to several dozen cities and got absolutely no results.

And with CL, the disadvantage is only being able to post one ad. I finally decided it wasn't worth my time.

Might depend on what you are selling...heres a little hint if people are selling make money items on classifieds what do they really need the most?

Backpage is a pretty good option, but I really think it depends on your niche. I had a few sales come through for my niche related to the instrumentals I make and sell, but I couldn't speak on internet marketing or other related niches as I never tried them.

I haven't tried them in a bit, and am actually considering trying them again to see if I get any more benefit from them again on this go round. I wouldn't rely on it to make you cakes of money, but it helped me with a few more sales so I benefited from it where I feared I wouldn't recoup the money invested.

It's all about trial and error though isn't it?
