Need referral for hacked websites.

Sorry if this is not the place for this, but I know very little about programming and found out after some investigating that my websites have been hacked.

When I realized something was wrong I asked for help on a forum dedicated to a theme I am using and I was directed to a thread made by someone with the same virus Have I Been Hacked And How? - PowWeb Community Forums

It seems that the problem has been detected Malware entry: MW:JS:160 | Sucuri Security

I trust the Warriors here so was wondering if anyone could refer me to someone who could help me with this as I am less than a novice when it comes to programming, or could someone tell me where to start?

I was given a list of instructions, forum threads, tutorials that go straight over my head. I ran a virus scan on my system and nothing was found. Also Google Webmaster Tools is not showing any malware.

Sites affected are http://www.theinnatetruth.com & http://humansarestoopid.com

    Many website hosting services if you still have your email, you can enter your email and say you forgot your password and as a result get a new password sent too your email which you can now use. I don't know programming so if that was not the case than I hope/know another warrior will come along and help you. Also if you got a domain and then got a separate host (i.e godaddy an then host with hostgator) you may be able to use one to recover the other one, but not sure about that, look into it

    Still got problems with your websites if so Why not visit hackfixing.com they fix all kinds of hacked websites and may even give a discount to warrior members if you contact them via email.
