I think you may be able to sell it for a few bucks, but I don't think you will reach a $100. Unless, of course, it generates some revenue.

If it has no traffic, then you should start working on it. And also you'll need more content.

I also noticed that sometimes it's worth sitting on a site if you can't sell it. Add some content, make some backlinks every now and then. After a year you'll be able to sell it for a few hundred.

  • hey,
Listing your website for sale on Flippa costs just $19 plus a 5% success fee when you make a successful sale.

But at warriorforum 20$ .. diff 1$ that doesn't matter.

As I read abt some reputed scammer at Flippa on other forums too..

take a step back for a moment. now, let's pretend that you have really bad credit - you're stressed and you need to borrow money for a new car because you need it to get to work at your new job. without credit, you won't get the car, thus you can't do the job and your life goes right down the pan.

anybody with ethical standards will know that this sensitive subject should be handled with care. you, on the other hand, have chucked up a poor one-page site purely to try and make pocket money. this won't make you or anybody else any money, though it will serve to rot away Google's search results and waste bandwidth, and the time of anybody who comes across it.

scrap it, concentrate on creating a proper website. i mean seriously - do you intend to update those rates? have you provided any proper information or links to references? have you given any consideration to design or usability? no. thus i can conclude, you will not be able to sell this "micro niche site".

sorry if that sounded harsh, i'm just getting sick of seeing the same old stuff being tossed up online everyday without a thought for anything other than the owners bank balance.

I personally doubt it's worth the selling fee for what you'll make off the site on flippa.

I have to agree with Matt - the site really is a little to 'spammy' and clogs up the internet for users seeking useful information. Google is out to wipe these sorts of sites off their index, so I would save your money from buying backlinks for other ventures.

Create something of value and make the internet a better place, you can't go to wrong then and a such a site would be worth a lot more on flippa.
