    You can pay someone to make an ebook for you. You can find people in places like elance or odesk. Another place is srcplr.com, getcoachincplr.com and sendmeplr.com these sites sell ready made ebooks. There's a limit though like they sell 10 of the same ebooks (avoids duplicates). You can buy a quality ebook for like $20-50 and have someone do some minor editing to make it seem like you made it for like $5 or less.
