Question re: Multiple WordPress Sites

Here's one for all you warriors who do the multiple WordPress site thing, you know... deploying a number of sites per week (or even per day)... how do you keep up maintaining them all? Is there some kind of software that you can use that allows you to update all the sites with the click of a button, that is the WordPress version it self and all the plugins and even the themes used.... ? Thanks for any tips in advance.

Actually I just found one service called ManageWP but it's not pc based but web based software, so is a subscription option. Seems to do a whole lot of things.... so maybe there are other options, so please let me/us know of others that exist.

    I dont suggest you spread yourself so thin. Creating thin websites will create thin earnings.

      Easiest way is to create WPMU(Wordpress Multi user) where you control all maintenance from one admin panel.
