Please Help me with my site and promoting offers.

Hey everyone, I've been working on appetite suppressant site for months and finally ranking in search engines and got plenty of traffic more then 500 unique visits, keyword targeting "appetite suppressant" and "natural appetite suppressant". And yeat I can't convert the traffic.

I barelly had any sales, 1 or 2 if I'm not mistaking for all this time, I've tried promoting various CPA offers and moreniche offers, and yeat without success, tried different offers, landing pages etc but it just wont' convert, what do I do? How do I find out what people are looking for when they search on google for:

"appetite suppressant"
"natural appetite suppressant"

learned the hard way that its not a buying keyword at all, spend so much time on it and money and can't even get back what I have invested, please advice, thank you!

    Your visitors are more likely seeking information about "appetite suppressants." Are you offering some type information and selling them on the back-end?

    If you are simply throwing ads and offers in their face, they will probably move on to the next site looking for the information they seek prior to making a purchase.

    Well I've tried various things, I've tried providing info, and everything it just don't convert, nothing seems to be working, been trying this foreverrrr now.. totally lost at what I should do..

    Did you try to seek help by subscribing to a reputable WSO in your niche or IM field?

    I know for me, I began to have success when I began to learn from the best in my niche and IM field.

    There's is plenty of resources (WSOs) in this forum to help you optimize your campaigns, you site (SEO), etc.

    Maybe it's time to find a reputable Internet Marketer WSO and learn from him. It takes a little investment (sometimes as low as 17$) but its worth it.

    Take your time to find the right one for you: look at all the comments on the posts related to that WSO. Look for WSOs that has the most positive comments from actual user of the product (WSO).
