Brand New Site Selling Quality Watches

sold for a great discount off the MSRP. how do i promote this site and send actual people interested in these items without waiting months for seo to take hold?

    Just a few thoughts off the top of my head:

    - Set up an affiliate program and recruit affiliates
    - Add a section to your site for articles about watches and add one article per week; link to your articles from Twitter and Facebook; if the articles conform to Ezinearticles' TOS, also upload them there
    - Create some videos and upload them to YouTube with keyword-rich descriptions and plenty of tags
    - Upload a datafeed to Google Merchants and the other shopping comparison sites
    - Post the occasional ad on Craigslist (don't overdo it, or you won't last long)
    - If you have physical possession of the watches or can have them dropshipped quickly, list them for sale on eBay and Amazon
    - Buy traffic (be careful with this one)

    Hopefully that gives you some ideas to work with.

    Definately an aff program would help but then thats quite a task in itself to setup correctly etc and recruit affiliates.

    Consider eBay classifieds, iOffer etc,

    And to be honest SEO can start giving you Page 1 rankings within a week if done correctly.

    Also find some PPC / Adwords / FaceBook advertising credits to test your SEO with ppc first.

    See other competitors of yours and create new strategies keeping in mind what they are offering.
    Join forums related to watches, recruit affiliates. Give some freebies like [leather strap or a box free with your watches.
    put up a special valentines day sale!!

    I would definitely start on ebay. Just make sure your watches are pretty enough to entice sales... sales that will greatly surpass the ebay closing fee, and the paypal transaction fee.

    Market it via articles, Youtube, create a blog, and sign up for Yahoo Shopping, Overstock, Pricegrabber, and shopping.com.
