Which fiverr's alternatives are sucessfull for you?

Hi,
I'm earning some money on Fiverr. I also have accounts on TenBux, Gigbucks and Zeerk but without any success. I registered accounts on all sites 4 about months ago. On Fiverr I have 5-15 orders per day. On all other sites I had only one (!) order till now!

How about you? Do you sell anything on Fiverr clones? Much less (or more)?

I believe Gigbucks is the largest Fiverr clone at the moment behind fiverr. Personally I have only had head aches from most of these type of sites.

I actually found one of my best clients on Gigbucks, but that was the only sale ever made on it. (However it was not the only sale I made to him.)

No Fiverr is just about it in the small budget market, all other clone sites are still playing catch-up. So if you want to move up the ladder club some of your gigs together and post it on full freelancing sites.

The thing is as you build up your reputation on Fiverr they now have this facility to add upsells or additional gigs etc. Makes activities much more profitable

Only fiverr is best. On most of the alternatives big fraud is going on. You dont have any gurantee that buyer will pay you for the work you did.

I agree, usually the sellers have no history so you don't know who you're dealing with.

Honestly, I haven`t heard of this other place you guys speak of but I know that fiverr has been successful because of the amount of traffic they receive daily. It can be just because that site is having problems gaining enough traffic to share with your gigs,

I suggest promoting your gigs a little more and sharing them on social networking sites and everything! I have seen a decrease in sales recently as well so it could be just the time of the year. I wouldn`t stress.

I am not selling on Fiverr YET but considering it. I have bought several, very professional, well done gigs from Fiverr and I have been very happy with the results.

Fiverr is the one that gets the most traffic.

There are other sites like Fiverr and fellow Fiverr's have also tried to sell their gigs on those sites but none gave them the results that Fiverr did.
Fiverr rules the gig market. When I am ready to sell my gigs I won't consider any other site other than Fiverr.

None of the other sites have anywhere near the amount of traffic that fiverr does. I would just stick to fiverr, add more gigs and continue to build up your reputation on there (80/20 rule).

I'm decently happy with Fiverr, and make ok money there selling BMR posts. The trick is to decide on a rate per word you're comfortable with, and set your gigs up so that after fees, you don't go below that.

My vote goes to 3to30.com, simple reason would be the model is not a clone of fiverr, it has a different functionality.
Also I can sell my services upto $30, initially i sold out services for small rates but now once my account build up well, people are ready to buy my 30 dollar services.

Can I ask how many orders do you have daily on 3to30?

I've checked it and sites "top rated" have only few comments so it doesn't look good when compared to fiverr. I'm still looking for an alternative.

I think there is no good alternative to fiverr as non of them is performing well at the movement. I think posting in buy/sell/trade forums of digitalpoint is the best alternative to it for these kind of small services ( i know its not like fiverr)

Yet another person that doesn't own one and has no idea what they are talking about. Why would you make a blanket statement like that?

Do you have access to the sales logs of these sites?

I just ran into http://www.seoclerks.com/ last week and I was REALLY impressed. I bought hundreds of dollars of gigs from this place.

I think buyers are afraid to use the other platform accept fiverr.

I always contact the seller first before purchasing any gigs if I'm using gigbucks. Only for those who response, I will take notice of them.

Most of seller on other platform aren't really valid. They created an account and leave it without any effort to promote it.

When I first started my article writing gig on fiverr it was great. I made over a thousand dollars on fiverr in the first few couple of months. But now everything has fallen off. I don't think my gig even gets viewed anymore. It is hard to find under the writing gigs category and, although the gig is still active, you can only find it by searching for me by name. It is a real disappointment. I even tried adding video, like fiverr suggested, but that did not work. Fiverr's reasoning for pushing my gig to the back of the list is so that other people can get a chance to make some sales. However, I have gotten a few sales off of fourerr.com. It is nowhere as near a good as my fiverr gig once was. Now I just write for private clients who enjoy getting good articles cheap. They are amazed that I write for so little, but I figure since I was willing to do it on fiverr for five bucks, I might as well do it for all my clients. I think the low price is what attracts people to sites like this the most. You might do well to just skip over fiverr and advertise your services for five dollars. The additional benefit is that you do not have to wait 15 days to get paid or pay fiverr's fees.

I often wonder how low people will go. Would you do a "gig" for $3? $2? How about fifty cents? Unless you are successfully using these gigs to upsell your clients into more expensive services, you are hurting yourself. You are basically telling the world that you aren't worth more than five bucks. This is fine for a seller that writes a URL on their breasts in lipstick, but if you are doing serious work, start charging serious prices.

I don't agree, I have made decent money from Fiverr, however found these alternatives to be better because of lower commissions. I'm starting to use GigPursuits.com now as well, their commission is half that of Fiverr's at 10%.
Fiverr and GigPursuits are just a platforum, nothing more, I think I can make even more from GigPursuits by marketing correctly, just drive customers to my gig and let the orders roll in. Fiverr is getting too overcrowded I think.

This is a site that is not a Fiverr clone, but a directory that will lead buyers to your gig where you have it posted.

Everyone is talking about marketing their gig and that is important no matter what site they have them on. I hope I am not out of order with the rules here, but I wanted to let you know about a new site I just started which is a Search Engine and Review site for Gigs and Microjobs. You can show your gigs from all the different Fiverr clones and Fiverr themselves. A Great way to get people coming to one place to find your gig no matter where you have it. No cost to list your gigs there. It is located at Gig Promote|Vote on favorite gigs, microjob sites and sellers.

Gigbucks & FiverUK continue to capture a big market these days with their real time features just like of Fiverr.

I just launched a fiverr alternative a few weeks ago. The link is in my signature file. Obviously fiverr is the 1000 pound gorilla in the market however in any kind of marketing it is important to cast a wide net.

It isn't that time consuming to cut and paste your description onto a few other close. I bet it is only a matter of time until there is an automation tool that will consolidate your jobs just like there are tools that allow you to post status updates on facebook twitter etc. at the same time.

Few Warriors know that the sellers on Fiverr who have been tried and tested and marked as "Top Rated" are actually the ones that do the actual work in the Warriors Ads sections including the Complete Webs Sites For Sale all of which get raving reviews.

Fiverr has been and will remain the most popular gig site for some time to come. Gigbucks is second best but by a huge margin. The rest are not worth it because all the sellers are present on Fiverr anyway, or are ones who have been banned from Fiverr - so don't use them.

Yes, I personally use Fiverr. If you're a seller, the web's traffic is very important. That's why Fiverr wins.

If you want to join sites other than Fiverr to earn more money, I suggest you to work in sites like elance/odesk/freelancer, instead of joining Fiverr clones.

You are doing well on fiverr, the gigs you are getting are many. I believe you can get work in other places too. What you need to do is get your clients coming back to you because of the quality of work you get. That's what I did, and I eventually contacted the client directly.

Once you start getting work on the other sites- you already have one new order- others will start streaming in.
