You are their friend.I give discounts to my customers many times, and they never had to ask me to do so. I keep a regular communication with them. My customers know that they can trust me, and they are very happy for this reason.My offline store gave me a lot of money based on the same customers who would buy clothes every season. I see the same thing happening online, with those who trust my psychotherapy. Basically, the same people are always asking for my services. Always the same people? Yes, this is what happens to solid businesses. Always the same and the same people. Of course, new people will come, but those who will keep buying forever will form a loyal group, which is more than precious for you.Keeping repeat customers is crucial for your business. This is a law.In order to do so you have to sell really good products or provide excellent services, and make your customers feel that you protect them; you are their best friend. Of course, you should really be their best friend, because they will regularly give you money. Your repeat customers are your bosses. You must serve them with dedication and really help those who will regularly give their support to your business.
